Jacob M. Hanes established the business in 2000, and managed it as a Limited Liability Company. Jacob (Jake) graduated with honors from Central Washington University with a degree from their distinguished Accounting program. The firm started out serving clients in the Puyallup, Tacoma and surrounding communities in the areas of Bookkeeping, Income Tax Preparation, and Small Business Consulting and Tax Planning, and now serves customers all over the Northwest. |

Patricia (Pat) Divito has spent the last 30 years involved in the tax field. She originally worked for H&R Block as a preparer, instructor, and office manager for 20 years. She received her Enrolled Agent status with the IRS in September, 1993. After leaving H&R Block, Pat ventured into the oil industry managing accounts receivable for three years and then on to accounts payable at a composite manufacturer only to come back to the field she loves - income tax.
